Knox Works is a program aimed at helping the underemployed or unemployed gain skills and overcome barriers to enable them to obtain and keep an entry level job for at least a year.
The program screens the participants and only works with "willing and capable" individuals who just need a helping hand to get back into the workforce. Each person who goes through the program has a job coach who will keep them accountable to keep up attendance and job performance as well as find help when transportation or child care issues arise.
If you are interested in hiring individuals who are working hard to get out of poverty or have an individual to refer to the program contact KnoxWorks at 740-485-0951 or email@example.com.
